Looking for something different to keep your child entertained this summer?
At Horses 4 Life, we’ve created a series of fun, friendly Pony Adventure Days where children can spend time with our wonderful horses and ponies, enjoy the outdoors, make new friends and build confidence in a safe and relaxed environment.
These are non-riding sessions. Instead, children experience everything that makes spending time around horses so special through fun, hands-on activities on the ground.
Whether your child already loves animals or simply wants to try something new, our Pony Adventure Days offer a unique experience away from screens and surrounded by nature.
What will children be doing?
Every day is packed with activities, including:

✨ Pony pampering and decorating
🌿 Nature-based activities
🎯 Games, challenges and team activities
❤️ Building confidence and self-esteem
🤝 Making new friends
There is always plenty to do, but we keep the groups small so every child has the opportunity to get involved.
No riding involved
Our Pony Adventure Days are completely ground-based.
Children interact with the horses through grooming, leading, learning about horse care, games and activities designed to build confidence, communication and teamwork.
Many parents tell us their children leave smiling, calmer and much more confident than when they arrived.

Small groups
To give every child the best possible experience, we limit each Pony Adventure Day to just five children.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and often fill quickly.
Who are these days suitable for?
Our Pony Adventure Days are ideal for children who:
- Love animals
- Enjoy being outdoors
- Want to try something different
- Like making new friends
- Would benefit from building confidence
- Enjoy hands-on activities
No previous experience with horses is needed.
What should children bring?
Please send your child with:
- Comfortable outdoor clothing
- Sturdy footwear or wellies
- Waterproof coat (just in case!)
- Packed lunch
- Drink
- Sun cream and hat if the weather is warm
We’ll provide everything else.
